Mr Gatti`s Pizza in Amarillo

When MANAGEMENT recognizes you and your family is a great thing .. Nothing has ever gone wrong for me at Mr gattis. Had to come back and add David to my review I requested a pizza that was taken but all the customers before I could get to it and David saw the disappointment in my face and called back for another pizza before I could even say anything that is above and beyond for me

It is not like it use to be .it was pretty bad

Everything was going good. Clean, pizza was out at a timely manner my kids were enjoying themselves. I witnessed a employee leaving the bathroom without washing their hands and when I approached a manager to let them know he just laughed and blew it off.

It had great food and the games were super fun. The prizes were a little pricey, but the the overall experience was good.

Quiet. Good for lunch buffet

The pizza was great, the staff were friendly and directed us to a game that already had tokens in from previous customers.They also patiently waited for us to finish in the arcade even though we were the last to leave. Thanks for an enjoyable experience. Keep up the great work!

Cold pizza had no flavor. Covid-19 protocol has seriously changed their food.

Very good buffet. Lot's of pizza, great salad & fruit bar, deserts like cakes, jello, pudding, ice cream, and very good cinnamon buns! Overall very good selection and the price is reasonable. Always enjoy going here.....and if you have kids there is plenty to keep them busy.

This place has change alot. The pizza is getting better, but the prices is a little bit to high. Over all, it is great for the kids!

Always my favorite! Takes me back to a much simpler time, this was the first place I ever worked at, I had started when it was at 34th and Western. They taught me a lot!

Today was my first trip since Corona virus began. They have the buffet open but they serve you. Games are also operating with prize tickets being given as credits on a card instead of physical tickets. The staff were marvelous and helpful and I wish this business great success.

I love the food. Just wish because it was a FAMILY environment that someone would focus more on cleaning the restrooms.

Ordered an Large Pan Meat Market Pizza/Meat Lovers. I want to say whomever answered the phone did a wonderful job, she repeated my order correctly. Not sure what happened between her repeating the order & the pizza I received. I asked for pan pizza and was provided original crust and my pizza was over cooked and thus many of the slices had burnt edges. I was unable to express my concerns/dissatisfaction with my order due to my son sleeping in the car so I felt this might be the second best way for my concerns to be expressed and hopefully acknowledged.

Great selection of pizzas, at salad bar and desserts. Their spaghetti and meat sauce, macaroni and cheese and bread sticks are also great!

We just moved to Amarillo and I am looking for places to take my kids and we were told about Gatti's and its very similar to our John's Incredible Pizza Company in CA. Their buffet mostly consists of pizza, pasta, salad and desserts. Of course my boys love it here because of the arcade.

Food is decent, the salad bar is the best. The roof was leaking in the theater room. I was worried about it leaking onto our food. Games are good and you get a good value for your money. Just don't sit in the theater room.

It was fun the kids had lots of fun ordered the pizza I wanted and the salad bar had so many great items love that....

The Cleanest I have ever seen this place!!! The Service was Spectacular Akasha went above and beyond always making sure we had new cups for refills. David and Brian showed excellent leadership by jumping in and working right along side the other employees. Samantha served us our food and made us feel so welcomed. By far the best place I have been to during these Uncertain times. The Gattis team knocked it out of the park tonight Home Run Staff!!!!!!

Fresh pizza and excellent service. Plenty of distance between tables during this difficult times. They served each customer according to what they requested. Customers cannot just serve themselves which is a great idea for the buffet. Everything was very clean and had employees consistently cleaning.

Went at lunch time on a weekday. Compared to other similar types of all-you-can-eat buffets that feature pizza, this one is quite good. It has a good complement of salad ingredients, including spinach, and the pizza is quite good. Well worth the price of admission!

Place is great, buffets for parents and games for kids. Games are a little expensive to play. But my kids love coming here. It's just too expensive to come for pizzas and salads each month.

Kind of decent pizza but fun games, oddly my child got the flu after playing the jump rope game. Multiple games shut down, overall, i would not go. The hygiene of this place is mediocre but you can make fun memories at gattis. I give it 2 stars.

Best pizza in town and great people working there.

I have to say i dont believe they care about having return customers. The desserts were really old. All i wanted was a brownie the ones out was in an old hard blob. Then when asked about when would be fresh they said they dont until its all gone?! We were there for 2.5 hours and still never got new ones out :( thats abit concerning i think they can make a smaller portion more often so that doesnt happen all of the desserts especially cinnoman rolls were hard. We are a family of 5 and wont be back im very sorry it was not worth it.

I’ve only came here a few times for my friends birthday parties years ago. Every time I came it was a good experience. Haven’t been here in a few years but I know it’s old and I know it needs some miner upgrades.Hopefully, if I come back anytime soon I would like to see at least 1 or 2 upgrades.😁

Establishment was clean. There is a pizza bar, pasta buffet, salad bar and a dessert area. Any type of pizza can be made if it's not already on the line. There is a theatre with the Disney Chanel streaming, a decent sized arcade, and even a sports center streaming live sports games. For this visit, we sat in the Fun Flix seating so due to lighting issues was not able to get pictures of my actual meal. The pasta was delicious. The salad bar was amazing with many options. The pizza was okay. We will most definitely return soon. The price is a little on the higher end for a family of 5, but well worth the money if celebrating something. There is also a party room available for birthdays.

Food is ok, the game area has a lot of selection... But the ticket exchange should be taken down or made more reasonable for small children. After spending x amount of money, the kids don't have enough points to get anything worthwhile, you're better off getting the kids something from Dollar tree.

You get what you pay for, great value for families depending which night you show up on.

The food isn't the same it has no taste and the food was cold the desserts were hard the brownies and cookies and the edges of cinnamon sticks and cinnamon rolls were hard. I didn't like it

Even when it is super crazy busy like today, you don't have to wait for the food and the kids always enjoy it!

This used to be a great restaurant. Not anymore. The pizza and pasta were cold and they didn't put out anymore pizza while we were there. There was only one other family eating there then. It used to be packed. I guess word got out that they weren't any good anymore. We didn't get the memo.

Mr Gatti's has come a long way from when I was a kid, but the spirit remains the same. Quality affordable food and fun. The pizza buffet is good, and of course you can choose any type of pizza, as well as visit their large salad bar. The game room has had some huge improvements lately, by upgrading from the age-old tokens to a debit card style of coin and ticket bank, which I thought was pretty awesome (not to mention much more sanitary, and reduces waste and space). Also, they have added a small area for bumper cars, which was pretty awesome. All in all, really cool.
